Before you ask
Frequently asked questions.
Every service on our Services page is priced flat, up front — you know the total before anything starts.
Turnaround is listed next to each service — most single deliverables land in 5–14 business days, larger builds run 3–4 weeks.
Every service includes room for feedback rounds as part of the fixed price — we'll flag anything that's genuinely new scope before starting it.
Any existing brand assets, one point of contact who can answer questions during the project, and sign-off at the agreed checkpoints.
Full terms live in our Refund Policy — tell us within 7 days if something is off and we will fix it or work out a partial refund based on the work completed.
Yes — most projects end up as two or three services from the list run back to back. Mention it on the discovery call and we'll quote the combined scope.
About us
Flat pricing, a small team, and craft that shows.
DesignCraftX started when Bryan Harrington got tired of quoting design work by the hour and watching scopes drift until nobody remembered the original number. Flat pricing per service was the fix — you know the cost before anything starts, and so do we.
The studio is based in Abilene, Texas, and stays small on purpose. Every project still runs through the same three people — no account manager layer between you and the person actually designing your product.
We treat craft as the differentiator: type, spacing, and hierarchy get the same attention as the big strategic decisions, because the small choices are what people actually notice.
Who you'll actually work with
Bryan Harrington
Sets the direction on every project and reviews the work before it ships.
Selena Okafor
Builds the screens and the systems that hold them together.
Theo Marsh
Runs the interviews and turns them into findings the design actually responds to.
Client reviews
What it's like once a project actually starts.
“The design system audit alone paid for itself — we found four accessibility issues we didn't know we had.”
“Bryan reviewed every screen personally. Nothing felt like it was handed off to a junior team.”
“The pitch deck got us funded. That's the honest, short version of this review.”
“Fixed price, fixed scope, zero surprise invoices — genuinely rare for design work.”
